What would you change about Pittsburgh’s Tech scene?

Well we can’t really change the weather, but surely there are plenty of things we could do to enhance Pittsburgh’s tech scene. What are the things you’d like to see change ? Is there too much tech or not enough? How could technology help the the air quality, traffic, education, local laws or parks maintenance? Do we have enough talented people or could we get more? Be creative, but realistic. Tell us a couple of things that would make the Burgh its own Silicon Valley.
